IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT INVESTMENTS

Although this blog intends to talk about the evolution of my investments, I would like to start the year by writing about my personal goals for the year 2022, as it is the best way to remind me of my purposes and evaluate myself, even more so for making it public. for everyone, which gives me a feeling of obligation to fulfill them.
+ EXERCISES + HEALTHY FOODS - ALCOHOL
Next week I will have appoitments with two doctors: cardiologist and gastroenterologist. I believe I will receive two diagnoses: gastritis and high blood pressure, which will force me to adopt healthier eating habits.
Not that today I only eat bad foods, but I wanted to review my entire menu, introducing more beneficial foods and reducing alcohol intake.
Usually alcohol and junk food I tend to consume on weekends, which may seem like a short time, but I consume a lot on these days, which puts the whole week of healthy eating in check.
I'm also going to cut down coffee with milk: my Achilles tendon.
As for the exercises I had already been practicing. But the problem is that when I don't do it for a day or two, I don't do it for a long time. I need to maintain consistency.
+ STUDIES
Last year I read a lot of books and studied English again, but I still don't feel satisfied. My goal this year is to read 24 books (an average of two books a month) and study more English (an hour a day and still practice pronunciation with native speakers or teachers).
I still need to let go of laziness and finally learn to analyze companies, which I do in a precarious way; in fact, almost not, as I follow reports from investments researchers. I also need to study more about ETFs.
BLOG
And finally, I want to completely change the face of this blog. Make it more professional, with the right sections for each type of subject, but for that, I'll need to finish my investment worksheet that I've been doing.
Get to work!
And happy new year!!!
