First month of passive income of the year 2022. At the end of last year, I defined that I would seek more than BRL 45,000.00 with passive income.
I received interest on equity from the auto parts manufacturer Fras-le (BVMF: FRAS3), Itausa Holding (BVMF: ITSA4), ABC Bank (BVMF: ABCB3) and the Tupy foundry industry (BVMF: TUPY3).
This month, FRAS3 paid BRL 0.1072 of interest on equity per share, corresponding to a return on cost of 2.02%, equivalent to BRL 410.19, after tax deduction.
The second company to pay me interest on equity was ITSA4. The company paid BRL 194.00 (BRL 0.235 per share) corresponding to a return on cost of 0.19%, after tax deduction.
ABCB4, on the other hand, brought me the highest passive income this month in nominal terms. I received BRL 751.20 of interest on equity corresponding to a return on cost of 1.48%, after deducting taxes (BRL 0.2520 per share).
Finally, TUPY3 earned me BRL 0.1537 per share in interest on equity (total of BRL 313.63), corresponding to a return on cost of 0.74%, after deducting taxes
So, at the end of the first month of the year, I received BRL 1,779.65 of passive income, which represents 0.22% of my portfolio.
